30 Minute Athlete Session
Personalized session to improve mental performance utilizing mental skills and tools
Service Description
Duration: 30 minutes Format: Private Zoom Session Details: In a 30-minute sport psychology session with an athlete, the focus will be on mental skills training to improve their performance. The session will begin with a brief discussion of the athlete's recent experiences and any challenges they may be facing. From there, the athlete will be guided through mental skills appropriate for the challenges discussed. The session may include but it not limited to goal setting and positive self-talk techniques to enhance the athlete's confidence and focus. Finally, the athlete will be given homework to practice the skills learned in the session and further develop their mental game. Overall, the session aims to equip the athlete with tools to manage stress, fears, maintain motivation, and optimize their performance.
Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your appointment for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time scheduled. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled to a different date/time pursuant to availability. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment day / time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. Upon booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
