    Natalie Gurnett is a Mental Performance Coach and the founder of Psych Me Up Consulting, a sport psychology–focused practice serving athletes across the United States. She works with athletes of all ages and competitive levels, including gymnasts, golfers, tennis players, swimmers, lacrosse players, and team-sport athletes. Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology and has extensive experience helping athletes build confidence, manage pressure, overcome mental blocks, and develop consistent mental skills for performance. She is a former competitive gymnast and brings both professional training and firsthand athletic experience into her work.
