Psych Me Up Consulting’s YEAR-ROUND partnerships help athletes build confidence, navigate fear and pressure, and develop skills they can use in practice and competition. We also work alongside coaches to reinforce these tools and create a supportive, consistent approach throughout the season.

How The Partnership Works

Choose from the following three partnership levels:

ESSENTIAL - PERFORMANCE - ELITE

ESSENTIAL

Provides scheduled workshops, coach meetings, and practice observations throughout the year.

​

PERFORMANCE & ELITE

Provide an annual allowance of PMU support hours. Your included workshops, coach meetings, practice observations, and individual athlete sessions all count toward that allowance.

Together, we plan how to use the time to best support your team.

Support That Fits Your Team

Partnership support may include:

• Team workshops that teach practical mental performance skills.

• Coach meetings to discuss team needs and strategies.

• Practice observations to help connect mental skills with training.

• Individual athlete sessions addressing confidence, fear, pressure, and other performance challenges.

• Support is available virtually, in person, or through an agreed combination. In-person availability and travel arrangements are confirmed before purchase

Individual Athlete Office Hours

For Performance and Elite partners, designated office hours give athletes access to individual support.

Coaches coordinate athlete sign-ups and assign available appointment times. Virtual individual sessions are scheduled in 30-minute appointments.

Reserved office-hours blocks count toward the gym’s annual support allowance. Athletes do not purchase a separate membership to participate in these gym-funded sessions.

1. Review the partnership levels below.

2. Contact a PMU team member to confirm your team’s needs, delivery format, and exact package.

3. Purchase your agreed partnership online. Instructions on how to purchase will be shared with you once a partnership is agreed upon.

4. Coordinate your support schedule with your designated PMU team member and manage athlete sign-ups through your partnership portal.

All partnerships run for 12 months, with monthly installments or a discounted annual payment available.
