Booking & Cancellation Policy – Psych Me Up Consulting We value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our booking and cancellation policy below: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy You may cancel your appointment up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled date/time for a full refund. Cancellations made between 25–72 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled to a different date/time, subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date/time. Upon booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided for all sessions. If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling, regardless of the reason. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time to make the most of your session. Membership & Package Policy – Psych Me Up Consulting To ensure clarity and consistency, please review the following policies regarding memberships and packages: Payment & Refund Policy All membership and package payments are non-refundable once processed. Sessions included in a package or membership must be used within the designated time period, unless otherwise discussed. Membership Cancellation & Plan Adjustments If you wish to cancel your membership entirely, we require a 30-day written notice prior to your next billing date. You are welcome to adjust your plan (e.g., increase or decrease the number of monthly sessions). Please notify us as soon as possible so we can update your membership accordingly. If you do not use all of your sessions in a given month, they do not roll over to the following month unless otherwise specified. Thank you for respecting our time and policies.
